Complaints about OCANZ

OCANZ is committed to ensuring a positive and professional experience for examination candidates, education providers and members of the community. OCANZ is committed to handling concerns and complaints regarding the conduct of OCANZ in a fair and transparent manner, using what is learned to improve services in the future.

OCANZ is unable to receive or investigate complaints about registered optometry practitioners. This page relates to complaints regarding the conduct of OCANZ.

If you would like to make a complaint about OCANZ, such as concerns regarding communication, timeliness or the appropriateness of interactions, please complete the complaint form.
